1.Return Conditions

Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing and within 14 days of delivery.

We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. 

2.The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, Unless they arrive damaged or defective:

3.Order Return Notes your return package may take 7-30 days to reach our address.

4.Return Shipping Fee:

Return Delivery Fee paid by buyer.

5.Please drop off your item to any nearest post office or your local postal worker promptly. Pack the item carefully using your own shipping materials and apply the label to the outside of the package. Make sure to secure the item in its packaging, as you’re responsible for delivering it to us in the same condition you received it in.

6.Please keep your proof of postage and ship your return along send tracking number, stores@lidyon.com

7.We are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen intransit.

8.Without proof of receipt and delivery, We will not issue refund for your returns.
